1.The temperature control probe and the temperature display probe are inserted into the return air outlet of the evaporator in the warehouse and suspended in the air. The defrost temperature control is also fixed on the ceiling. The probe is also penetrated into the return air outlet of the evaporator in the warehouse. The probe is inserted into the fin (not close to the electric heating tube). The temperature control and defrost temperature control are fixed at the back corner of the evaporator in the warehouse, and all wiring points are sealed.
2. The connection of the refrigeration system is because the main condenser and evaporator are pressurized and sealed in the factory. Therefore, there should be pressure when opening the seal to check whether there is a leak. The factory copper pipe should have dust sealing measures at both ends. During construction, it is also necessary to pay attention to sealing at any time to prevent water dust from entering the pipe. Condenser; main machine, evaporator, copper pipe connection is welded, and the interface is firm and beautiful.
3. The balance window should not be installed in a conspicuous place or on the air outlet vertical plate. The height is 200MM opening from the upper part of the vertical plate.
4. All copper pipes should be put through insulation pipes and tied together with wires in the same direction with air conditioning ties. Try to run straight pipes and fix them in sections. Use electrical tape to seal the joints of insulation pipes.
5. In addition to being tied with air conditioning ties, all wires should be protected by corrugated hoses or wiring troughs. The temperature display wires should not be close to the wires as much as possible.
6. The closer the radiator is installed to the host, the better. It is best to be on the upper side of the host. The air intake cannot face the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. The air outlet cannot be short-circuited or face other windows and equipment. It should be 2 meters above the ground and installed horizontally and firmly.
7. The wire diameter should meet the requirements, the joints should be firm, and the protection of the pipe should not be saved. The power connection should be correct. The wire entering the evaporator junction box hole needs to be sealed with silicone. If the lamp is 36V or above, a grounding wire is required. The power supply in the host cabinet needs to be three-phase five-wire system with reliable grounding.
8. All components that penetrate the warehouse panels and the gaps between the warehouse panels and components need to be sealed with sealant.
